Erick has served as a Senior Pastor at Victoria Community Church in Fontana, California, Bethany Lutheran Brethren Church in Staten Island, New York, and Church Planter at Epiphany Church in Manhattan, New York. He currently serves part-time as an Associate Pastor at Hillside Lutheran Brethren Church, and he is the East Coast Representative of Relations and Development at 1517.

In his spare time, Erick enjoys hanging out with his wife, wrestling with his boys, reading good books, playing drums, and binge-watching Netflix. He is also a regular conference/itinerant speaker and frequent contributor for 1517/Christ Hold Fast, co-host of the podcast 30 Minutes in the New Testament, and he shares a regular Law & Gospel Devotional on Facebook and YouTube. Erick also serves as the Vice-Chairman of Fifth Act Church Planting.
